James Redlinger is a seasoned professional with experience in Agile and People Operations, Agile Delivery Lead / Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master/Team Lead, Oracle Database Administrator, Systems Analyst II, and Quality Assurance Analyst. James has worked for Hecto Group\u2122 since 2022, Capital One since 2019, Sevatec, Inc. since 2017, CACI International Inc since 2014, and U.S. Inspect since 2013. At Hecto Group\u2122, they have held the roles of Vice President of Agile and People Operations and Director / Agile Coach. At Capital One, they were an Agile Delivery Lead / Release Train Engineer. At Sevatec, Inc., they were a Scrum Master/Team Lead, facilitating Agile ceremonies and overseeing development, O&M, and infrastructure for a big data analytics system. At CACI International Inc., they were an Oracle Database Administrator, assisting in establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security, and a Systems Analyst II, managing a financial system with 5000+ users and writing Oracle SQL scripts.
