Swastik Chakrabarty

Swastik Chakrabarty began their work experience in 2022 as a Human Resources Intern at Middle Earth HR. During this internship, they gained valuable knowledge and experience in various aspects of HR, including learning and development, HR trends, and competency analysis. Swastik'smain project involved revamping and updating training courses offered by the company. In 2023, Swastik joined Hector Beverages as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources department, where they are currently employed.

Swastik Chakrabarty completed their education in a chronological manner. Swastik started by attending Heritage Xperiential Learning School (formerly known as The Heritage School, Gurgaon) from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued their Central Board Of Secondary Education (10th and 12th) degree in Business/Commerce.

After completing their secondary education, Swastik enrolled at SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2017 to 2020, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Swastik'smajor fields of study during this period were Human Resources Management and International Business.

Continuing their pursuit of higher education, Swastik joined the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad in 2021 to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General (PGDM). This program is expected to conclude in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Swastik Chakrabarty has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include "Diversity and Inclusion for HR Professionals" from Coursera, obtained in March 2022; "Design Thinking for Innovation" from Coursera, obtained in August 2020; "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera, obtained in August 2020; and "Leadership and Emotional Intelligence" from Coursera, obtained in July 2020.
