Pramit Mehta

Pramit Mehta has extensive experience in financial analysis and accounting, currently serving as Controller at Ontario Shipyards since March 2019, where responsibilities include preparing financial reports and supporting the CFO. Previously, Pramit contributed as a P.A.S.S. Leader at Mohawk College and held the position of Financial Accountant at Axay Electricals (India) Private Limited from August 2015 to August 2017, achieving significant improvements such as a 30% increase in working capital and a 10% reduction in direct costs. Pramit began the career as an Accounting and Finance Assistant Intern at Vanraj & Co., gaining valuable experience in managing financial records and tax returns. Educational qualifications include completion of the CPA Canada program, Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from Corporate Finance Institute, and passing the CFA Level 2 Exam in 2017, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gujarat University.
