Yoana Lalova

Yoana Lalova has four years of work experience. In 2016, they began working at MentorMate as a QA Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and QA Analyst. In 2021, they began working at Lionheart Bulgaria as a QA Lead. In 2020, they began working at SoftAcademy.bg as a Quality Assurance Trainer. Yoana is currently working at hedgehog lab as a QA Lead.

Yoana Lalova completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Technical University Sofia between 2014 and 2018. In 2019, they obtained their Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum.org, and in 2013 they obtained their TOEFL certification.
