P.eng. Derek Puzzuoli

Derek Puzzuoli is currently the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Hedgehog Technologies, having previously co-founded Seahawk Robotics where they served as the CEO. Derek has extensive experience in engineering oversight, strategic planning, product applications, and design and analysis. With a background in mechanical engineering from the University of Windsor, Derek has held various roles ranging from Product Engineer at Chrysler LLC to Fuel Systems Development Engineer at Westport Innovations. They have also been involved in developing business plans, managing contracts, project engineering, and providing technical oversight in different organizations such as Igloo Innovations Inc. Derek's expertise extends to concept development, system engineering, and project management across multiple industries. Additionally, they have experience leading offshore oilfield operations and developing ROV tooling solutions.
