Karl Jernberg

Karl Jernberg is the current Insurance Operations Manager at Hedvig. In this role, they were responsible for the union's budgeting, accounting, and investment planning.

After several years working in finance, Karl transitioned to working in customer service for American Express. In this role, they worked as a Consumer Credit Specialist, helping customers with their credit card accounts. Karl then transitioned to working as an Account Manager for Academic Work, where they helped clients with their academic needs.

Most recently, Karl has been working as the Insurance Operations Manager at Hedvig. In this role, they are responsible for the daily operations of the company, including managing customer claims and processing payments. Karl has also been instrumental in developing

Karl Jernberg obtained a college degree in Political Science from Lund University, followed by a degree in Service Management - Retail from the same institution.
