David Waggoner

David Waggoner has been working in the field of program management and leadership for over three decades. David started their career at Project Management Systems in 1985, where they served as Vice President and Program Manager until 1990. David then joined Heery International and held various roles such as Senior Associate/Program Manager, Vice President/Area Manager, Vice President/Regional Program Management Director. In 2013, they became the Managing Director and National K-12 Education Market Leader at CBRE | Heery. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Turner & Townsend, where they are responsible for forming a strategic partnership with CBRE Heery.

David Waggoner attended Permian High School from 1969 to 1973. David then went on to Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Environmental Design from 1973 to 1977. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Texas A&M University, earning a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from 1977 to 1979.
