Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly is a seasoned Project Director at Turner & Townsend Heery since January 2022, with a long-standing career at CBRE | Heery, where Kevin has contributed since September 2000 in various roles including Project Director and Executive Associate. With over 22 years of experience in the US Navy, Kevin has established a diverse background in project coordination and management, specifically in local construction projects in Charleston. Kevin has developed strong relationships with local agencies and municipalities, and possesses extensive knowledge of regulatory processes involving the US Army Corps of Engineers, CSX rail procedures, and State Fire Marshall and Building Codes. Prior to civilian career, Kevin served as a Master Chief Machinist Mate in the US Navy from September 1978 to September 2000.
