Brian Fernández

Brian Fern serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel at Stout since October 2022, providing legal support for the Disputes, Claims, and Investigations business unit following Stout's acquisition of Claro. Previously, Brian was General Counsel at The Claro Group from May 2020 to September 2022 and held positions at Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt as Vice President - Legal and Associate General Counsel, focusing on legal matters for operations, compliance, and complex contracts. Brian's legal career began at Skadden Arps as an Associate, where work involved significant matters in corporate governance and securities litigation. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
