Dr. Felicia Rinken

Dr. Felicia Rinken is currently serving as an MSL-Glaucoma at Heidelberg Engineering since April 2021. Previously, Dr. Rinken had an extensive career with the United States Air Force from August 2010 to March 2021, where roles included Optometry Flight Commander and Optometry Operational Commander, focusing on modernizing clinics, enhancing patient care, and improving operational efficiency. Key achievements include extensive equipment upgrades totaling over $350K, bolstering clinic productivity by 60%, and managing vision occupational programs. Dr. Rinken also provided care at multiple international clinics and supported an ophthalmology residency program. Dr. Rinken earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rice University.
