Karla Ehnes

Karla Ehnes is the Director of Human Resources at Heidelberg Materials North America since March 2020. Prior to this role, Karla was the Area Human Resources Manager at Lehigh Hanson for nine years. Karla has a University Certificate in Human Resources/Labour Relations from Athabasca University, a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Alberta, and certifications as a Certified Payroll Manager and Certified Payroll Practitioner from the Canada Payroll Association. Karla has extensive experience in HR leadership, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and HR program development.
