Alain Dumont

Alain Dumont is an experienced IT professional with a robust career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager for BeNeLux at Heidelberg Materials since January 2009. Responsibilities include managing the outsourced Service Desk and overseeing IT support for more than 1900 users across 90 production sites in four countries. Alain's expertise extends to IT Demand Management and Production Sites Support, as well as leading significant IT reorganization efforts during the merger of Sagrex with HeidelbergCement. Previous roles include IT Manager at Gralex S.A. and other positions at Gralex - Inter-Beton, Thales, and Thomson CSF, which involved IT architecture, project management, and the establishment of systems.
