Esther Fürstenau

Esther Fürstenau currently serves as the Head of Communications at HeidelbergCement since July 2022. Previously, Esther Fürstenau held the position of Head of Content & Positioning within Group Communications at Merck Gruppe from August 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included strategic planning and executive positioning for the organization’s leadership. Prior to that, Esther Fürstenau worked at SAP from January 2001 to June 2014 in various roles including Head of Employee Engagement Communications in Healthcare and Audience Relations Expert in HR Communications. Esther Fürstenau holds a degree from Heidelberg University.
