Ashley Snow

Ashley Snow currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at Heidrick & Struggles, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Channel Business Development Lead for Heidrick Digital. Experience includes working at Amazon in Technology Business Development for AWS Apps from 2022 to 2023, and at eightfold.ai focusing on Strategic Accounts & Partnerships between 2020 and 2022. A tenure at Publicis Sapient from 2017 to 2021 included roles from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive and participation in the Next Generation Leadership Team. Earlier experience includes leading curriculum development at Gangnam English Academy from 2014 to 2016. Ashley holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and English Language and Literature from the University of Florida.
