Christina Cary is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Human Resources Officers and Technology & Services practices.

She also assists in placing individuals at the CEO, COO, senior vice president, vice president, managing director, and partner levels across a variety of industries. Her experience spans the IT services & outsourcing, professional services, business & information services, industrial, financial services, education, and social impact sectors.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Christina worked in the private wealth management business of JPMorgan Chase, providing customized solutions including capital advisory, investment asset allocation, and trust and estate planning recommendations for individuals within the private equity, hedge fund, and trading spaces. She began pursuing her MBA during her early years at JPMorgan Chase.

Christina is a member of the Georgetown University board of governors and served as chair of the nominations committee for two years. She is a former president of Hoyas Unlimited, Georgetown’s annual fundraising arm for athletics that supports excellence across all the university’s 29 intercollegiate sports.

Education:

Christina earned an MBA with concentrations in economics and managerial and organizational behavior from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
