Claudia D.G. Schneider has extensive experience in executive search and talent management, currently serving as a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles since October 2010, focusing on the Financial Officers Practice and Human Resources Officers Practice across Germany and Switzerland. Previously, Claudia held roles as Engagement Manager and Associate, specializing in capital equipment, chemicals, and financial officers, with temporary assignments in New York and London. Early career experiences include internships at Heidrick & Struggles, KLM, Bain & Company, and a temporary position at Theresienthal.
