Erin Sowden

Erin Sowden is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational leadership, currently serving as Director, Solution Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sowden was Talent Leader at Clarivate from March 2021 to October 2023, and held various positions at IBM from November 2009 to March 2021, including Global Talent Partner in Human Resources and Digital Sales, as well as Talent Partner/Senior HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Deloitte and as HR Manager at Nielsen. Erin Sowden holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Alvernia University.
