Joel Krause

Joel Krause is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement solutions and engineering. Currently serving as the Solution Consultant Director at Genesys since August 2017, Joel has also held roles such as Senior Principal Solution Consultant and Senior Solutions Consultant at Zendesk and inContact. With a strong foundation in technical support and project engineering established during prior tenure at Convergys, Verizon Business, and WorldCom, Joel combines expertise in VoIP technology and customer experience optimization. Additionally, Joel contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for DaySpring Assisted Living, enhancing senior care in the community. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
