Gheorghe Didea is an accomplished IT professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure & Operations at Heidrick & Struggles since October 2001. In this role, Gheorghe leads infrastructure and end-user technology services across multiple business lines. Previous positions at Heidrick & Struggles include Director, Global IT Infrastructure & Operations, and Global Information Security Manager, where Gheorghe managed significant projects like the Global Infrastructure Transformation and defined mobile security policies. Gheorghe has also held roles as Network Manager EMEA and Security Engineer at iMediation, as well as Systems Administrator at The National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics and the Romanian Ministry of Finance. Educational achievements include multiple certifications from Harvard Business School Online in strategic execution and sustainable business strategy, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
