Lyric Wiegand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and community service. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Heidrick & Struggles since April 2022, Wiegand previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Infor from July 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, Wiegand was involved with Allegan County Legal Assistance Center, first as Interim Director and Volunteer Coordinator from May 2016 to July 2018, and also volunteered to assist patrons with civil legal matters in Allegan County. Additional experience includes serving as Student Event Manager at Grand Valley Alumni Relations from September 2013 to August 2015, where event setup and front desk operations were key responsibilities. Wiegand holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University, earned in 2018.
