Maggie Mao

Maggie Mao is a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles since March 2023, specializing in client relationships within Financial Services, including asset management and fintech. Prior to this role, Maggie served as Co Head of Beijing at Bo Le Associates from June 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included building a comprehensive research team for a global hedge fund. Maggie has also held various senior positions in financial services, including Director and Associate Director at Bo Le Associates, where business development and high-level searches were key focuses, as well as a Senior Associate at Plumeria Consulting and a managerial role at Sunrise Investment Management. Maggie holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
