Neil Suchman

Neil Suchman is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development with extensive experience in diverse roles across several organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Lead Assessor for North Latam at Heidrick & Struggles since December 2023, Suchman leads assessment activities for both Heidrick Consulting and Executive Search. Prior to this, Suchman was an Executive Director for Talent Management for the Americas at MSCI Inc., where responsibilities included designing and implementing Learning & Development initiatives across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Additionally, Suchman held various senior leadership roles at Development Dimensions International, including Senior Leadership Advisor for Latin America and Managing Director for Brazil, where talents and growth strategies were developed and executed. Suchman holds a BA in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
