Regina Madyarova

Regina Madyarova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and practice management within the consulting and natural resources sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Knowledge Management Systems at Heidrick & Struggles since August 2014, Regina has established key performance indicators for various knowledge initiatives and supported leadership with financial reporting and business strategy as a Global Practice Management Manager. Prior roles include Global Knowledge Manager for Natural Resources and Energy at Heidrick & Struggles and Group Talent Manager at Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC. Regina holds an MBA with Distinction from Aston Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, complemented by a Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School.
