Prior experience includes roles as Regional Managing Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Executive Search & Assessment Consultant at Egon Zehnder, and Principal at The Gallup Organization Japan. Steven has also held key positions at Thomson Corporation, Deloitte Consulting, and has a strong academic foundation with a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University's SIPA and a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
