Teraesa Vinson

Teraesa Vinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in psychology and executive assessment. Currently a Partner and CEO within the Board Practice at Heidrick & Struggles since September 2017, Teraesa previously held roles as Principal and Director of Talent Assessment at Korn Ferry, and served in a private practice as a psychologist for over 14 years. Teraesa's expertise includes working with adults and adolescents, focusing on executives in transition and women in leadership, as well as conducting psychological assessments in various capacities. Academic involvement includes lecturing at Columbia University's Teachers College. Teraesa earned a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida and a BA in Psychology from Spelman College.
