Bill Boland

Bill Boland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bill currently holds the position of Director of Technical Operations Support at Heights Finance Corporation since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Branch Support Service Manager at the same company from October 2015 to June 2020.

Before joining Heights Finance Corporation, Boland served as the Senior Director of Operations at Hinduja Global Solutions for ten years, from March 2005 to March 2015. In this role, they oversaw the profit and loss and performance of customer care for over 20 Fortune 500 companies. Bill also managed a budget of $42 million and was responsible for the quality, productivity, and overall performance of their team.

Prior to their role at Hinduja Global Solutions, Boland worked at AFFINA, where they held various positions. From 2000 to 2005, they served as the Manager of Operations, responsible for managing the performance of the Customer Care Center for multiple consumer electronics clients. Bill also collaborated on developing a strategic plan for performance improvement. From 1996 to 2000, Boland worked as a Supervisor in New Business Implementation, where they developed and administered new business implementation plans, managed a $10 million budget, and implemented new technologies.

Earlier in their career, Boland worked as a Corporate Trainer at Ruppman Marketing Technologies from 1993 to 1996, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees. Bill also conducted needs analysis to determine training needs.

Boland's work experience also includes a role as an Assistant Store Manager at Red Fox Grocery from 1988 to 1994, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, managed employees, and handled inventory supply and orders. Bill also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ruppman Marketing Technologies from 1992 to 1993, providing customer care for Fortune 500 companies.

Bill Boland attended Peoria Manual High from 1987 to 1990, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In 1992 and 1993, they enrolled at Illinois Central College, studying Business Administration. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued a certification in Finance and Financial Management Services at Mercer University, completing the AFSA - The Edge Year I & II Certification program.
