Rafa Manzo.

Rafa Manzo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Jefe de Recursos Humanos at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since June 2019. Rafa has also held the position of Coordinador De Procesos Recursos Humanos at HEINEKEN since August 2014, focusing on implementing new schemes and managing recruitment for mid-level and supervisory roles. Prior experience includes working as a Generalista De Recursos Humanos at Grupo Industrial Lala, where Rafa managed recruitment and hiring for functional and operational personnel, and as Coordinador De Recursos Humanos at Danone, overseeing payroll for commercial and distribution staff as well as managerial recruitment. Rafa holds a degree in Administration specializing in Human Resources from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, completed in 2008.
