Hanh Nguyen is an experienced professional in consumer experience and media management, currently serving as the Head of Consumer Experience at The HEINEKEN Company since January 2018, after holding the position of Senior Media Manager. Hanh developed a media strategy for the annual communication plan and co-developed a digital transformation strategy to digitalize the route to market at The HEINEKEN Company.
