Jorge Luis Galicia González

Jorge Luis Galicia González is a seasoned professional in continuous process improvement and operational excellence, currently serving as Global Process Excellence Manager at The HEINEKEN Company since February 2022. Previously held roles include Sr Global Process Excellence Specialist and Continuous Process Improvement Manager at HEINEKEN MÉXICO from April 2019 to February 2022, where efforts focused on implementing Six Sigma methodologies and driving cultural change in commercial departments. Prior to that, Jorge served as Continuous Improvement Manager for Whirlpool Mexico and Northern Latin America, overseeing projects in various departments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Jorge began a career at GE, progressing through roles from Manufacturing Engineer to Production Supervisor, emphasizing lean manufacturing principles and effective team management throughout. Jorge holds an MBA with a specialization in International Logistics & Supply Chain Management from EUDE Business School and a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
