Rafal Milczarski

Rafal Milczarski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at The HEINEKEN Company since February 2022, Rafal is responsible for the implementation of IT solutions globally in Heineken breweries, requirements management, personnel training, data analysis, and development management of IT solutions. Prior to this role, Rafal was a QC Process Manager at Nymo, where responsibilities included process management, quality control, and involvement in the Innovation Team. Rafal's engineering background includes positions as a Welding Engineer and Inspector at GE Power, managing product evaluation and welding procedures, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at GE Aviation, focusing on jet engine part design and fatigue stress analysis. Rafal holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and has pursued advanced studies at multiple prestigious institutions.
