Stephan Goldmann currently serves as COO and Geschäftsführer Operations & IT at Heinz Lackmann GmbH & Co. KG, where the focus is on delivering scalable solutions through market-specific platforms and innovative products. Goldmann has extensive experience from a long tenure at Arvato, where roles included Vice President positions in IT, Digital, Sales & Solution Design, and Technical Information, effectively managing a global network of over 400 technical information experts across multiple countries. Earlier career stages included various leadership roles within Arvato, such as Director and Head of Technical Information for Germany and the Netherlands. Goldmann holds a Dipl.-Kfm. in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Universität Osnabrück and has completed a program at Bertelsmann University on Mastering New Challenges 2.0.
