Esther M. Dale-Kolb

Esther M. Dale-Kolb currently serves as Chairperson at HeiQ since July 2020. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of Vorstandsmitglied at Swisscross Foundation from 2012 to 2014 and served as Verwaltungsrat and CEO at Dr. W. Kolb Holding AG from 1983 to 2009. During tenure at Dr. W. Kolb Holding AG, Esther successfully facilitated the sale of the company to KLK Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad in 2007 and oversaw a significant transformation from a family-oriented structure to a modern, process-driven business, leading to substantial growth in personnel, production capacity, revenue, and EBIT. Esther holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from King's College, London University.
