Afreyea Tolbert

Afreyea Tolbert is a Grants Manager at the Heising-Simons Foundation since June 2021. Prior to this role, Afreyea worked as a Fund Development Consultant at Driving Force Group and held various positions at Environmental Defense Fund. Afreyea also has experience as a Program Associate at American Geophysical Union and as a Legal Intern at Charleston School of Law. Afreyea played Division I Basketball at College of Charleston and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
