Yalda M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human rights, education, and organizational support. Currently serving as a Human Rights Associate at Heising-Simons Foundation, Yalda M. has contributed to the awarding of nearly $60 million towards various human rights initiatives since February 2019. Previous roles include teaching over 300 students at the Institute of Reading Development, providing technical assistance at the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence, and coordinating lecture series for the Women & Gender Studies department at San Francisco State University. Yalda M. holds a Master of Arts in Gender and Women's Studies from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Women's Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
