Global Head Of Sustainable Investment Strategies at Heitman

Laura Craft has a strong background in sustainable investment strategy and risk management. Laura began their career at LaSalle Investment Management in 2006, where they worked in portfolio management and asset management/valuation. During their time at LaSalle, Laura performed financial analysis on tenant leases, property budgets, debt schedules, market conditions, valuations and returns, appraisal assessments, property cash flows, and portfolio incentive fee calculations. Laura also developed a deep understanding of LaSalle's core business and served as a liaison between the property team and asset management. In 2012, Laura participated in the Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership program, where they focused on cultivating leadership and life-strategy skills. In 2016, they joined Heitman as the Global Head of Sustainable Investment Strategy and Risk Management.

Laura Craft has a B.A. degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. Laura also has a B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
