Nick Brinker

Nick Brinker has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate development, construction services, and engineering. Nick currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Construction Services at Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Construction Services at Heitman. Nick also worked at Thornton Tomasetti as an Associate, providing design, forensic engineering, and project management services. Before that, they were a Consultant at RG Real Estate Partners, where they specialized in the architectural/engineering/construction process and construction cost estimating. In addition, they held a diversified role at TENG & Associates, working as a Senior Structural Engineer and managing projects nationwide. Nick began their career as a Structural Engineer at OWP/P Architects and later worked as a Structural Designer at Robert L. Miller Associates. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in managing projects, mentoring teams, and working on large-scale construction and engineering projects in various sectors.

Nick Brinker completed their B.S. in Civil Engineering at The University of Iowa in May 1997 in Iowa City, IA. Nick then pursued an M.S. in Real Estate at DePaul University, which they completed in June 2011 in Chicago, IL.
