Gail Liebowitz is a professional with experience in finance, operations, program development, and evaluation in various non-profit organizations such as Helen Keller Intl, Global Partnership for Afghanistan, and more. Liebowitz has completed a BA in International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MPA in International Development from Syracuse University Maxwell School.
