Alejandra Frias

Alejandra Frias, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Since July 2021, Alejandra has served as a Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at Helen of Troy. Prior to this, Alejandra worked at Charter Communications from September 2017 to July 2021 as a Human Resources Generalist. Additional experience includes positions at The County of El Paso, where Alejandra held roles as HR Generalist and HR Recruitment Administrative Assistant, and the Sheriff’s Department as a Human Resources Office Specialist. Alejandra began a career in HR as an HR Generalist Intern at Emergence Health Network and as an Undergraduate Student Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso. Educationally, Alejandra earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at El Paso (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the same institution (2011-2016).
