John Roselli

John Roselli has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering, quality, regulatory, and product development sectors. John currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, Quality & Regulatory at Helen of Troy. Previously, they worked as an Advisor at Native Voice. Before that, they had a long and successful career at Bose Corporation, where they held several positions, including General Manager of the Health Division, General Manager of the Connected Speakers in the Consumer Electronics Division, Director of Emerging Business, Director of Product Management and Marketing, and Manager of Product Development. John was responsible for leading teams, developing strategies, managing P&L, and delivering innovative and award-winning products. Prior to Bose Corporation, they worked as a Product Engineering Manager at Textron Automotive - McCord Winn Division, where they led a product engineering and program management group focused on the development and manufacture of automotive motors.

John Roselli holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. John also has completed an Executive Education program focused on Entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, John has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology, both obtained from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in Drug & Medical Device Development: A Strategic Approach from MIT xPRO in 2023.
