Rj Thibault

RJ Thibault has extensive work experience in finance and auditing roles. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Helen of Troy since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rocket Software as the Senior Director of FP&A for two years, where they led financial planning processes and played a key role in integrating acquisitions. From 2007 to 2020, RJ held various roles at Bose Corporation, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Business Operations, where they were responsible for strategic planning, sales planning, and financial analysis. They also worked at Sun Life Financial as an Auditor and at Fresenius Medical Care as a Lead Compliance Auditor and Staff Auditor.

RJ Thibault obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University from 1997 to 2001. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Fitchburg State University. RJ Thibault also obtained a certification in Leading for the Future from Harvard Business Publishing at an unspecified time.
