Karol Sourial

Karol Sourial is a Senior Legal Counsel with extensive experience in various legal roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving at Helia since October 2021, Karol previously held similar senior positions at Pepper Money ANZ from June 2015 to October 2021 and served as Legal Counsel at NSW Treasury Corporation, Medibank, Westpac, and Perpetual Limited, contributing to legal frameworks and governance over a career spanning more than 15 years. Karol holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sydney, and a combined Bachelor of Business (Accounting major) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a HSC from Rosebank College Five Dock.
