Matthew Murphy

Matthew Murphy has worked for three companies since 2008. From 2008-2010, they were an Environmental Technician at Apex Companies, LLC. During this time, they served as a certified inspector of storm water systems, collected soil and water samples for testing, and traveled throughout Arizona, Utah, Oklahoma, and Colorado. From 2010-2011, they worked at Heliae, LLC as a Senior Laboratory Technician and Assistant EH&S Manager. In this role, they developed a process to produce sustainable aviation jet fuel from algae, worked in the field and laboratory for algae research and biotechnology, and operated various advanced laboratory instruments. Since 2011, they have been employed at Scottsdale Nights as an Account Executive, Event Planner, Entertainment Coordinator, and VIP host. Theirresponsibilities include event planning, promotional activities, and digital marketing in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Matthew Murphy attended the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center from 2001 to 2005, studying Building Construction Technology. Matthew also attended the United States Air Force Academy.
