Nephi Sanchez

Nephi Sanchez has a long and varied history in the financial and accounting industry. Nephi began their career as a public accountant with Barlow & Hughan, CPAs in 1997. In 2000, they transitioned to Pixar Animation Studios as their production accountant and finance manager. Nephi spent three years with the company before moving on to NSMRC in 2003.

In 2006, Nephi joined Starz Media Canada Co. (now known as Starz Animation) as their head of finance. Nephi oversaw the financial operations of the company for just over a year before moving on to C.O.R.E. Feature Animation in early 2007. There, they served as production controller on Disney's THE WILD.

After nearly seven years with C.O.R.E., Nephi left in 2014 to join Autodesk as their Shotgun Software product manager. Nephi spent five years with the company before leaving to join Heligenics in 2019 as a board member.

Nephi Sanchez has an educational background in accounting and business management. Nephi holds a BA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California CPA.
