Tom Norton has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Tom is currently serving as the President of Helinet Aviation Services from August 2021. Prior to this, they owned TNConsulting since December 2010.

From 1983-1984, they attended U.S. Army Initial Entry Rotary Wing - Ft Rucker and received a degree in U.S. Army Aviator with a field of study in Aviation Pilot.

In 1987, they attended U.S. Army Aviation Training Center - Ft Rucker and completed the UH-60 Instructor Pilot Course.

In 1990-1991, they studied at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) with a field of study in Federal Criminal Investigator.

In 1991, they attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy, specializing in the U. S. Customs Basic Enforcement School.

From 1992-1996, they enrolled in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and studied Professional Aeronautics.

In 2008, they took part in the Senior Executive Fellow program at Harvard University.

In 2016, they attended Harvard University for a Leadership program.
