Shaun Polasky

Shaun Polasky, MBA, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership roles at various companies. Shaun most recently served as the VP of Human Resources & People Operations at Helios Technologies, Inc. Shaun previously held roles such as Global Human Capital Leader at Sun Hydraulics and Human Resources Manager at Air Products. Shaun also served as a Board Member at CareerSource Suncoast and has a background in HR strategy, talent management, payroll oversight, and project management.

Shaun Polasky completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources at Tiffin University from 2001 to 2005. Shaun then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Tiffin University between 2005 and 2007. Shaun also obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in March 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011.
