Will Richardson - White

Will Richardson-White has a extensive background in the aerospace and engineering industry, with experience working in various roles related to health, safety, quality, and risk management. Currently serving as the Group Head of HSE & Quality at Helios Towers, Will provides leadership in risk management for the company's operations across Africa and the Middle East. Prior to this, Will held positions such as QHSE and Business Improvement Director at Interserve, SHEQ and Business Systems Manager at Costain Upstream Ltd, and Quality Manager Technical at Etihad Airways and Air Seychelles. Will also has experience working as a Quality Engineer at British Airways and as a Mechanical Technician in the Royal Air Force. Will holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston University.
