Thanos Falagas is an experienced marketing and business strategy professional with over 25 years in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Marketing, CRM & Channel Management Director at OTE Group of Companies since January 2008, Thanos's expertise encompasses product marketing, business development, digital transformation, and customer experience management. Previous roles include Marketing & CRM Director and Marketing Director for Enterprise & Business Customers. Thanos's earlier experience includes key positions at OTENET S.A. and Vodafone, where responsibilities ranged from product development to program management. Thanos holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Telecoms from King's College London, and an MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business.
