Gal Sela has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career in 2010 at The Jewish Agency for Israel, where they served as a Seminar Leader and Workshop Leader, leading educational programs and screening candidates. In 2013, they briefly worked as the Director of Specialty Areas at Camp Tel Yehudah, before transitioning to S. Friedman & Co., where they served as a Front Desk Manager.
In 2014, Gal joined Blonde 2.0 as a Community and Content Manager, responsible for managing community engagement and content creation. They then moved on to Camp Tel Yehudah again in 2015, taking on the role of Communications Manager.
In 2016, Gal joined WeWork and held multiple positions including Community Associate, Community Lead, Community Manager, Manager of Member Experience Operations, Community Products Manager, and finally Senior Program Manager, Change Management. In these roles, they were responsible for managing community operations, member experience, and driving change management initiatives.
In 2023, Gal started working at Alfred as the Senior Director of the Transformation Office, responsible for leading transformation projects and initiatives.

Gal Sela studied at Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2014, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in an interdisciplinary program in Theater, Art, and Film. In January 2022, they obtained certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
