Charlie A.

Charlie A. has over 12 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2017, they began working at Flock (helloflock.com) as the Lead for HR and Customer Success, managing the functions of the internal HR department and being one of the leading HR Software Support Specialists. Charlie also participated in developing department goals, objectives, and quarterly product releases, and managed customer relationships. In 2016, they worked at the Judicial Council of California as a Senior HR & Software Support. Charlie'sresponsibilities included responding to questions from assigned employees regarding pay issues, benefits eligibility, leave, pension, and other technical and sensitive issues, as well as reviewing, documenting, and processing employment actions. In 2014, they began working at MyLikes as a Human Resources Partner, responsible for managing the overall administrative and human resources department. In 2012, Charlie worked at Aechelon Technology as an Office Manager and Operations Partner, coordinating all aspects of office operations related to finance and providing administrative support to the CFO and finance director. That same year, they also worked as a Grant Writer for The Vision Academy on weekends, writing grants proposals and letters of inquiry for an after-school non-profit. In 2010, they worked at Behmke Reporting and Video Services, Inc. as a Production Manager and Coordinator of Video Production, providing legal services to various clients and videotaping depositions. Finally, in 2007, they began working at CitiSuites as an Assistant Operations Officer, assisting the VP of Operations in daily operational tasks and projects and being involved in the underwriting of standard operating procedures for all company directors.

Charlie A. attended Woodland Christian High School from 1999 to 2002, where they completed a General Studies High School degree. Charlie then went on to San Francisco State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cinematography and Film/Video Production between 2005 and 2007.
