Alida Gjekaj has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Alida began their career at HP in 2010 as an Account Supervisor, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Alida then moved on to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2014 as a Global Service Desk Supervisor, responsible for providing support services to customers and helping them turn their ideas into value through technology. In 2016, Alida joined DXC Technology as a Customer Service Account Supervisor, where they supervised a team of professionals assisting GM technicians and ensuring exceptional customer service satisfaction. Alida'smost recent role is as the Director of Customer Experience at Hello Innovation since 2019, where they are involved in creating innovative products and challenging the norms to reimagine the world.
Alida Gjekaj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business & Economics from Madonna University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the Contact Center Academy from DXC Technology in 2018 and as an I-9 Processor from DXC Technology in August 2016.
